1. Adidas Superstar Track Jacket : An athletic piece is great for Spring.  It’s perfect for adding a sporty element to your casual looks.  It would also look awesome with skirts and dresses.  If you want to go for a bolder statement, this metallic jacket from H&M is a great option and it’s also under $50.

2. Madewell Huston Pull-on Crop Pants in Stripe : I already have a striped pant that I purchased last year from Madewell, which I love and I’m so glad they came out with another striped pant this year!  The best part is that they’re in a cropped culotte silhouette, which is also very in right now.  This pant is perfect for days when you don’t know what to wear.  Throw this on with a white tee and some cool sneakers and you’re good to go!  Looking for a wide selection of culotte pants? Asos has great options from dressy to sporty.  Loving this one here.

3. Topshop Boxy Crossbody Bag by ONA : Of course you have to have a handbag for the Spring time and even better if it’s in a bright color. This little red bag from Topshop is in a unique boxy shape and has a chain strap to wear it crossbody.  If crossbody bags aren’t your thing, then backpacks are a great trendy option. Forever 21 has a great options like this one here

4. Thrasher Flame Logo White Boyfriend Fit T-Shirt : I’m totally obsessed with graphic tees! They’re a awesome way of showing personality in your outfit and also adds an edgy vibe.  I will definately be rocking graphic tees this Spring with my denim and bomber jackets.  They would even look great under a sporty jacket, like the Adidas one above.  I picked this Thrasher tee because they’re super popular right now and I’ve seen them all over social media.  For some awesome graphic tees, I recommend Zara! Loving this one here

5. Madewell Abroad Trench Coat : I don’t own a trench coat, but this one from Madewell is making me want one.  When you think of Spring you think of trench coats.  Designers like Burberry and Coach do great ones, but this one from Madewell is way more affordable (on sale for under $100) and looks just as great! Forever 21 also does a trench coat for under $50 – here and it also comes in a super cute pink color!

6. Adidas Stan Smith White & Green Sneakers :  For your more casual looks or even your dressier looks a stylish sneaker is always a fantastic option.  I like the contrast of having a feminine outfit and a sneaker to dress it down.  It makes the overall outfit feel more relaxed and chill.  I have a pair of all white sneakers, but I definately still want to add a Stan Smith Adidas sneaker to my shoe collection. Sneakers are also coming in different styles lately to match different styles and personalities!  If you’re looking for some cool unique sneakers I would also recommend Zara.  I’m obsessed with these mule sneakers here.

So excited to share what I like to call my “Studio Series”! It was so nice to shoot indoors and being able to shoot at my uncle’s photo studio was a great experience.  Hope you enjoy and have a great week.  Happy Monday!

Happy Friday Everyone!!!

Clear lens glasses or “Fake Frames” as I like to call them are hands down my fav accessory right now! You put them on and they totally take your outfit up a notch and make you look so cool.  I have a few in my collection right now but I want to upgrade and get some new pairs.  I have mentioned ZeroUV before as a great online shop to find fake frames and they’re my favorite, but a few other online stores have caught my eye recently.  Places like EyeBuyDirect and Glasses USA have a wide array of choices that you can get in a clear frame.  Bleudame is another great source offering everything from sunglasses to optical.  A cool online store I discovered recently through Instagram called GlowGlamazon is a great place to find cool, edgy, unique frames that not many people will have.

Shop my picks below!

Hello everyone!  I’m really excited to introduce a new series on my blog called Tempting Trends where I take a current trend at the moment and show you five items within that trend that I personally love.  This week’s TT is highlighting the color PINK. Pink has never really been a color that I’ve been drawn to fashion wise, but with it being a really popular right now, some shades are super wearable and can fit into my wardrobe perfectly for Spring.  The items that I have chosen are more on the lighter/muted side which great because they’re less harsh and can work with most wardrobes.

  1. Missguided Slogan Back Oversized Denim Shirt : This denim shirt from Missguided is totally cool! It’s something you can just throw on and go and with the “New York” slogan on the back, just adds an extra cool factor. It would also look awesome tied around the waist to with the slogan showing on the back!
  2. Pacsun Bubble Gum High Rise Cutoff Denim Shorts :  The muted pink color of these shorts make them super wearable with almost anything.  I would pair this with a super cool graphic tee and some Converse sneakers for an outfit perfect for the Spring/Summer time.
  3. Madewell x Where I Was From Denim Tote Bag : I’m love some of Madewell’s collabs and this denim tote bag is one of my favs!  This bag is great because it’s a tote so you can carry all essentials and the pink adds a pop of subtle color to your Spring outfits.  The denim makes it super casual and a bag I can picture taking to the beach, poolside, or just out and about everyday.
  4. Gap Factory Linen Utility Jacket : I have a similar utility jacket in the usual army green color, but I’m loving this pink one!  It’s one of those perfect lightweight jackets for Spring that will go perfectly with any blue denim wash.  It would also pair great with dresses and skirts.
  5. Out From Under Wide Fishnet Crew Sock from Urban Outfitters : I’ve been loving my black fishnet socks, but I think these pink ones would spice up all my Spring/Summer outfits. They would look especially great with white sneakers!

I’m super excited for Spring! Warm weather, short shorts, cold drinks….CAN’T WAIT!  Right now the weather is in that weird stage where it’s transitioning.  One day it will be hot and the next it will be freezing cold.  Luckily it was warm on this day and I got to pull out what I like to call my “seaside pants”.  They’re a nice linen fabric that’s comfy and light for warmer weather.  These wide leg pants are very on trend this season because of the stripe pattern.  I bought these last year so I’m glad that I can pull them out again this season and still be on trend for the moment.  I paired a plain white v-neck tee and sneakers with this to make the pants the star of the look.  To compliment the blue in the pants I threw on a light blue denim jacket over my shoulders.

Tee: Target / Any plain white tee will work for this look!

Told you guys camo was becoming a thing in my closet! I love this super cool jacket from a brand I actually recently discovered on Instagram called Reckless Girls.  It’s light and something I can wear into the spring time over graphic tees.  Speaking of graphic tees, this Adidas tee I got from Pacsun is super cool and comfy and definately a piece I’ve been wearing nonstop since I got it.  I love the wine color.  I tucked the tee into my light wash mom jeans and finished off the look with my ZeroUV glasses and Steve Madden combat boots.

Ok I’m sure you guys are tired of seeing Calvin Klein items on my blog by now, but I swear CK clothes are so freakin’ comfortable and stylish, and this tee is exactly that!  I’m also loving these distressed boyfriend jeans from Gap which add a cool factor to this look.  I wanted to go for something different for shoes and went with these patent oxfords from Target and added some fishnet socks underneath.  Believe it or not Target has some amazing shoes and they don’t break the bank!   To finish off the look I put on my super cool glasses from ZeroUV.  I love ZeroUV, their glasses are super affordable and a GREAT quality. Go check them out!

Hello everyone!  I’m happy to start a new week and super excited about new ideas I have come up with for this blog.  Hopefully I’ll get to share those new ideas sooner than later, but anyways on to today’s outfit!  This look features a new Calvin Klein crop top that I’m absolutely obsessed with lately.  I’m loving CK clothes at the moment.  It’s so chill, effortless and comfy, definately clothes I just want to lounge around in all day, but also perfect for running errands in.  On top of this I’ve layered my fav oversized plaid shirt from F21.  To keep extra warm I put on this amaaazzzinnnngggg gray cardigan/coat, also from Forever 21.  I bought this thinking it would just be a good regular cardigan for cool days, but I’ve worn this in frigid cold weather this winter and it’s done a great job keeping me nice and toasty!  I’ve also worn this with dressier outfits and it looks great.  To keep the look light, I wore my Pacsun mom jeans and finished it off with my adidas allstar shoes, which everyone seems to have these days.  To accessorise I put on this cool Ann Klein belt with gold hardware to tie in with the slight gold details on my shoes.  I also added my Target infinity scarf for extra warmth.
